Hello,
In my heart I’m a helpful and caring person. That has changed my work life to be a supportive role in 1st and 2nd line. I’m well educated in Microsoft’s environment (Win 11 & server platform), all handheld devices, user support for Azure, Entra, M365, Intune, and network hardware.
As I soon get my CCNA certificate (validation for my skills in network installation, configuration & troubleshooting), I’ll be able to understand the company’s opportunities and challenges.

1st & 2nd line support. Support users' tickets regarding issues with hardware, software or license. Basic repair of hardware. Ordering new hardware or parts from suppliers. Keeping stock. Planning and adhere to budget. Report solution to ticketsystem and document improvements in Confluence.
